There is a one-touch start option, pause option, reading rack and telemetric heart rate monitoring system. The incline ranges from 0%-15% and the speed ranges from 0.5-15 MPH. The deck is a an Ultimate Hard-wax reversible 1″ deck and the belt is 2-ply commercial grade.
